Monitoring activities were carried out to develop tourism.

        In order to protect and preserve the historical monuments in the central area of the Tanbaly complex, as well as to develop tourism, monitoring activities were carried out. The monitoring was conducted in scientific fields such as archaeology, geology, botany, restoration, and others. The participants included A. Rogozhinsky (archaeologist, candidate of historical sciences), K. Altynbekov (founder and director of the scientific restoration workshop "Ostrov Krym", artist-restorer), L. Charlin (head of the conservation department "Ostrov Krym", chemist-restorer), S. Nigmatova (doctor of geological and mineralogical sciences), L. Beysenbaeva (head of the architectural-restoration department and chief architect of the scientific research and design branch of the "Kazkaitazhangartu" enterprise), and K. Imanbekova (Honored Architect of the Republic of Kazakhstan). As a result, issues of museification, fencing of the protected area, and the improvement of emergency action plans were discussed.
