Legacy of the Scholar: Unique Discoveries Transferred to the Museum Collection

On June 19, 2025, Alexander Anatolyevich Goryachev (Leading Researcher at the A.Kh. Margulan Institute of Archaeology, archaeologist) transferred historical and archaeological artifacts to the collection of the “Tamgaly” Museum-Reserve. These items were previously preserved in the private collection of Vladimir Vasilievich Saraev (1953–2024), a natural sciences specialist at the A.Kh. Margulan Institute of Archaeology.

Among the transferred items are stone sculptures dating back to the Early and Middle Ages, grain grinders, a hand mill, and ceramic clay vessels (kums).
