            On December 27, a round table on the topic "Protection of Historical Heritage: Historical and Cultural Monuments of Almaty Region" was held in the city of Konaev, organized by the "Almaty Regional Center for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage" and the State Historical, Cultural, and Natural Museum-Reserve "Tanbaly." During the event, the latest archaeological discoveries in the region, new historical sites, as well as issues of protection, preservation of cultural heritage, and proposals for future projects were discussed. The event was attended by the head of the Department of Library Affairs, Historical and Cultural Heritage, and Museum Work of the Department of Culture, Archives, and Documentation of Almaty Region, Gulnur Keliskyzy Dombay.
